Allen's so gentlemanly, which is rare for a shounen hero. They almost never speak with "boku," either! I also love that Hoshino took the concept of "clown" and made it kick-ass and awesome. If you have a moment I can also go on about clowns, Christ figures, and classics of 20th-century Japanese literature. But usually I'm like main characters, whatever...HEY LOOK IT'S AN IMAGE OF HAKU JASDERO AND DEVIT! or "I'm reading this chapter right away, because Howard Link is in it! :D" But there are exceptions. Anthy and Utena are two of my favorite Utena characters, for example. I love nearly all the characters in that show to some extent, though. XD
I also imagine the Ark as containing a facsimile of the entire world, or something resembling it. I was thinking that after the Noahs kill everyone, they create the world anew. However, Rhode had that line about the Noahs being "sacrificial lambs," which has disturbing implications. Perhaps the Noahs have to be sacrificed for the world to be created anew. That would be kind of depressing. Or perhaps the Earl will say "World's gone, too bad!" and leave. (Can you imagine if RHODE was in charge of creating the new world? XD)
